DARTS has the worst service. The drivers are nice but the ride never comes on time and the time in which the car appears to arrive on the app keeps changing. They had me wait outside countless times in the snow and rain. Also, they got me late to multiple appointments and I missed many of them even though I scheduled the ride an hour before the appointment time as they suggested. Very disappointed

Plate number 894 KMM decided to drive 26 kmph all the way...traffic backed up down the street behind the unaware neglectful driver, no signal's at turns...next time I will just contact police in regards to the unsafe driver.After reading your response next time I WILL call police for your negligent driver! The 2 individuals in the front of the vehicle were laughing as they looked in the side mirror and watched for my signal of intent to turn and would turn in the same direction. That's the rest of that story. Inappropriate and thoughtless response trying to shame me for YOUR negligent driver.Btw, my family works with the disabled and in health care.According to the SGI Driver's Handbook: Travelling too slowly can be hazardous. You should never drive at a speed slow enough to impede or block other traffic, unless proper safety precautions have been taken.Which you mean that you require proper signage on your vehicle's, if you are presenting a hazard and impeding traffic, due to low speeds. As the image included, your vehicle does not have any signage to warn other drivers.I do understand why you were so upset about my review after reading all the other negative reviews...I would be upset too if I had such a bad reputation.

I had mix experiences with this taxi.I admit that the drivers are very kind and professional.Very very unfortunate, the receptionist is not. Especially, if you call on Friday morning or weekend. A male receptionist is very unprofessional. He had no sense of professionalism. Receptionist should provide a good service and be polite to customer. Yet he dared me to be polite.Due to this behaviour, I'm sure, he will cause lots of damage to the company.One time he forgot to take my order, eventhough I called a couple of days before.Please be extra careful when you deal with this male receptionist!

Booked days ahead with a quick call. We needed a van for the 5 of us and it arrived on time with advance notice once the driver was on the way. The van was very clean and the driver (Gordy) was very friendly and easy to chat with. Price was also much better than competitors like Uber.

The care homes used “go orderly”!for my mom who is wheelchair bound. I was with her on the trip and it was scary!!! The driver was Literally reading texts on his phone while driving and was all over the lanes. Waited till the very last second to change 3 lanes and then held up the traffic trying to get over and cut off other cars. Speeding up and slowing down as he read!!! It’s was scary and I would not trust this company with any loves one.Because he was reading and looking down it took about 25 minutes to get about 8 miles!!!His sandals were half on and off and so not safe at all.

I have used Tammys services after a car accident. She was quick to reply to my request for transportation. Tammy is very personable and was always on time and accommodating., making sure I was in safely. She folded my heavy walker and put it in the van or car,then got it out again at our destination, bringing it to my side and making sure I was safe getting back into it. She made sure I got into the building for therapy safely as well. Again , always on time.Very easy to talk to on our ride to wherever I was going. I used her services for almost a year and she assisted with going to the Doctors, therapies, grocery shopping and even a drive through when I asked. I had the best experience and definitely recommend Tammy for safe and prompt service.

Amazing service! My mother had a hip replacement surgery on Monday and was released from Hospital on Thursday.I never used this service before, but we were completely dependent. I cannot thank them enough - we were absolutely thrilled by the quality of the service and attention to care. My Mom was transported from her hospital room to her home including all bags and flowers on time and without complications.I highly recommend this service and was touched by their attention to the patient's needs after surgery.Thank you!!!
